I am using this product for my work. I make the forms with Windows 10 based programs. Then I send them to Icloud. I take my iPad pro to the clients home and fill in the forms. I flatten them and email them to the doctors. When I get home on my wifi, I sync to all my iOS and win10 devices. Then I sync the Icloud to the files in the Windows 10 computers for storage.

I would of course like a full fledged form product that I can edit the forms directly not just the content but this app works in the interim.
